To study at Queen's University Belfast contact us and we will give you a university admission.

Queen's University Belfast is one of the leading universities in the UK and Ireland with a distinguished heritage and history.

Founded in 1845 as Queen's College Belfast, we became an independent university in 1908. Today, we are ranked in the top 173 universities in the world (QS World Rankings 2020), and a member of the Russell Group of UK research intensive universities, combining excellence in research and education with a student-centred ethos.

Queen's University Belfast is placed joint 8th in the UK for research intensity (RAE 2014) and its Graduate School was No. 1 worldwide (ISB, 2015).

Queen's University Belfast has worldwide partnerships with over 250 universities and 3,000 global employers, enabling our students to benefit from unique access to Study Abroad, placement and employment opportunities.

As part of our commitment to employability, Queen's Degree Plus award, recognised by employers, allows students to gain accreditation for skills developed outside of their degree. 96% of Queen's graduates are in employment or further study six months after graduation.

The University is committed to delivering a world-class student experience, and has invested more than £200M in developing academic, support and social facilities for our students. It further offers academic degrees at various levels and across a broad subject range, with over 300 degree programmes available – these programmes range from Undergraduate (Bachelor’s), Post-graduate Taught (Master’s), and Post-graduate Research (PhD).

Academic life at Queen's is organised into fifteen schools across three faculties. The three faculties are the Faculty of Arts, Humanities & Social Sciences (AHSS), the Faculty of Engineering & Physical Sciences (EPS) and the Faculty of Medicine, Health & Life Sciences (MHLS). Each of the faculties operate as a primary management unit of the university and the schools are the focus for education and research for their respective subject areas.
