The course is designed to meet the needs of overseas teachers who are required to teach some of their lessons through the medium of English and aims to provide you with creative lesson ideas, plus motivating activities and resources that can be adapted and applied to your own classroom. All teachers will have the opportunity to visit a local school to gain an insight into primary or secondary education in Britain*. You will also have the opportunity for micro-teaching, peer feedback, exchanging ideas and networking with other teachers from Europe or across the world in your class. Language input sessions will focus on developing your own English language skills as well. You will be required to study 21 hours per week, Monday to Friday, following materials provided by Celtic. One day per week will be spent visiting a local primary or secondary school to gain insight into the British education system. Unless the course takes place during the UK school holidays)
